Studio 1 Theatre School

Welcome to Studio 1 Theatre School where every child is given the opportunity to shine through the magical world of singing, dancing and acting.

We offer classes to all abilities from age 5 years and over. Classes are grouped according to ages to maintain appropriate teaching levels to all and to ensure each child has the chance to flourish and grow in confidence in a friendly, supportive and encouraging environment. 

At Studio 1 Theatre School all classes cover:

* singing skills such as ensemble singing and harmony work,

* dancing skills such as learning choreography for performances and devising their own improvisation work,

* acting skills such as working with scripts and develping characters through accent and physicality.

Each class will work on both stage and screen techniques.

* Exploring creativity and imagination

* Strengthening key life skills such as communication and team work

Each term we work on a new in-house performance which can be enjoyed by parents and guardians and a termly report for each child to track their progress along the way.

All teachers are Performing Arts Industry Professionals with a wealth of experience in both teaching and performing. Regular workshops with Industry Professionals are also available.

These classes run term time only for approx 12-13 weeks each term and last for 2 hours each week. Before registering why not book a 2 week trial for £20, if after your trial you wish to continue these fun lessons the trial price will be deducted from your term fee or 1st monthly payment. The two week trial can be taken in the first 4 weeks of the term but must be consecutive weeks.
