About Stocker Dance Academy

We have 2 purpose built private studios at Studio 1a Hemingway House, Thornes Moor Business Park ,off Thornes Moor Road, Wakefield.

The studios are light and airy with sprung floors and mirrors to assist the dancers and ensure safe practice.

We have an inviting reception lounge area and cafe where parents can wait for the children , socialise with other parents and catch up with our latest news via the noticeboard over a cup of coffee, while the children have their own seperate boys and girls changing rooms. After class the children can take advantage of our tuck shop for a rewarding snack or bottle of water.

We also have a range of dancewear and gifts available to buy in our reception area. Alternatively you can purchase a range of dancewear from our online dancewear shop, please ask for details.

From our studios we not only run our regular dance classes but can provide holiday workshops, and parties as well.

Our studios are available to book for events , other activities eg karate, amateur dramatics and also professional performer rehearsals.
